2019 Massalto Sauvalanche

This deep straw with hints of green Sauvignon Blanc-Chenin Blanc blend, starts on the nose with intense white pear, green lime peel, a mix of white flower potpourri and fresh cut grass. The wine opens to a sweeter profile that begins with litchi, raw honey and very subtle tones of white stone fruit.

The mouth feel is intoxicating and unique, with a balanced acidity and a touch of astringency due to the extensive skin contact and maceration, that lingers through the mid pallet towards the end and remains elegant as the aftertaste for a long time.
