2018 Valo Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
Tasting notes
Our Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is Deep ruby red and opens with Blackcurrant, blackberry, plums, licorice, tobacco, leather and a touch of orange peel. Swirling brings clove and cinnamon to the aromatic profile.
This full-bodied Cabernet is still young, showing high structure at the same time that presents a generous and velvety texture with the perfect amount of fruit sweetness. The acid remains elegant through the mid pallet towards the end and lingers next to an extremely balanced amount of oak.
