2019 Valo Intemporal

This beautiful deep purple blend starts with intense dark red fruit and spice. The wine opens with figs, plum purée, and dark cherry confiture. Swirling brings potpourri, baking spices, cocoa powder, and a touch of vanilla.

The great oak integration makes the wine evolve on every swirl. This Cabernet Sauvignon-dominant blend is showing young, but with surprising texture for the amount of sheer tannin that presents.

Acid lingers delicately across the glass and the finish is extremely long. Enjoy now or in the next 20+ years.
