Tasting notes
This bright cherry red Cinsault starts intense with notes of dark cherry confiture and raspberry puree. Swirling brings fresh plums, violets, black pepper and hints of banana, typical descriptor from carbonic maceration wines. In mouth it is bright and energetic, with extremely juicy red fruit, beautiful acidity and elegant tannins. The wine finishes with a touch of bitterness that makes you want to drink it again.
