AGED FOR 20 MONTHS IN NEW AND NEUTRAL FRENCH OAK BARRELS.
It’s herbaceous on the nose with notes of dried sagebrush, blueberry compote, dusty earth, black pepper, and shades of crushed olives. Spicy and crunchy on the palate, it finishes with perfect acidity levels and sweet, prominent tannins. 40% whole cluster. Better in 2024.
