2021 Valo Gregory Ranch Pinot Noir

Rhubarb, ripe plums, cranberries, kirsch, clove, and eucalyptus. Swirling brings dark cherries, strawberry jam, laurel, orange peel, and earthy aromas. The mouthfeel is mid-bodied, with terrific structure and tension. Tons of red fruits and spices dominate the mid palate.

The tannin presentation here is outstanding, and the the wine shows wonderful texture and a beautiful acid presentation. Savory, but with the perfect amount of sweetness, the wine finishes extremely long, with lingering acidity and a touch of grip.

A fantastic Pinot from a biodynamic vineyard, that you can enjoy now or in the next 20 years. Decanting recommended.
