Tasting notes
The 2021 Extravaganza by Massalto is made from 100% Cinsault and sports a medium to dark ruby-purple core with a pink-white rim. All carbonic maceration is used during fermentation whichgives this a Beaujolais feel to the wine.
Fun notes of purple bubble gum, huckleberry, red cherry, and dusty earth flow from the glass. Light, quaffable, crunchy, and fruity - I could drink a whole bottle myself. Pair this one with your next Thanksgiving dinner.
