2021 Massalto Irreverent

This medium gold Viognier has a sweet nose with hints of green. The wine starts with very intense notes of caramelized peaches, flambeed pineapple, dried apricots, and sage. Swirling brings banana puree, raw coconut, basil, and white pepper.

The mouthfeel is full bodied, with crazy good texture and great tension. The wine finishes long, with notes of ginger and a touch of tannin. It’s a really unique, unfiltered Viognier that can be enjoyed now or stored for at least 10 years.
